When someone nearby searches for a business like yours on their phone, they should see your hours, your phone number, and photos right away. I set up Google Maps listings for $150. Websites start at $500 if you want to keep the site yourself, or $400 plus $25 a month if you'd rather I keep it running for you. I work with businesses in Toledo, Lincoln County, and surrounding towns.
Whether your business is on the coast or a few towns inland, people look you up on their phone before they come in.
Most people who have never been to your business find it on Google Maps first. If your Google listing is missing, out of date, or only half filled in, they often pick a business whose listing looks open and complete. I set up your listing, or fix the one you already have, with your hours, photos, phone number, and what you sell or do.
The listing stays in your name, and you stay the owner. I never need your Google password. If you want my help keeping it up to date, you add me as a manager from your own Google account, and I'll send you simple steps for doing that.
I also build simple websites. A good small-business website tells a new customer that you're open, what you offer, and how to call or reach you. I build it to read well on a phone, since that's where most people look you up.
Keep your Facebook page, too. It works well for people who already know you. Google Maps and a website help the people who don't know you yet find you.
Here is everything I offer and what each one costs. You can start with just your Google listing, just a website, or both.
This is the lowest-cost place to start. For some businesses, a good Google listing is all they need.

$25 a month
This is optional. You can add it once your listing is set up.
Your $25 a month includes up to 4 changes to your Google listing each month, like new hours, new photos, or a posted special. If you need more than 4 in a month, I'll tell you the price before I do the work. You're always free to make changes to your listing yourself, too.
The Google Form I set up is for your website only. It doesn't change your Google listing. For that, just tell me what's changed, or update it yourself on Google.
You pay $100 when we start and the other $50 once your listing is set up and showing on Google Maps.
I build your website, then move it into an account in your name. After that the site is yours. You log in and change your hours or photos yourself. You pay me once, and you don't owe me anything each month unless you hire me later to make changes for you.

One page with your hours, phone number, photos, a map, and a way for customers to contact you.

Everything on the one-page website, plus a page for your menu or services, an about-us page, and one more page of your choice, such as a photo gallery or answers to common questions.
$900
The same pages as the $800 website, built on Squarespace or Wix instead. Choose this if you already use one of those or would like to.
You pay the website company and your web address directly, not through me. I usually build these sites on Carrd, a simple website builder that costs about $19 a year. You'll also buy your own web address, like yourbusiness.com, which usually costs about $11 to $18 a year. Squarespace and Wix are bigger website builders, and they charge you their own monthly fee.
You pay me half when we start and half when your website goes live.
I build your website and keep it online for you. You can change your own hours, menu items, and prices with a simple Google Form I set up for you. For anything else, you send it to me and I make the change. You never have to log in to a website builder. You pay a setup fee, and then $25 a month starting the day your site goes live.

$650 to set up, then $25 a month
The same as the one-page website, but with up to 5 pages, so there's room for things like your menu or services.
Your $25 a month includes up to 3 of those changes from me each month. Changes you make yourself with the form don't count. If you need more than 3 in a month, I'll tell you the price before I do the work.
When you sign up, I'll set you up with a simple Google Form. When your hours, menu items, or prices change, you fill it out and your website updates. You can do it yourself anytime, without waiting on me. The form changes your website only, not your Google listing.
You pay half the setup fee when we start and half when your website goes live.
You can cancel your monthly plan. If you do, I'll give you a copy of your website's design and wording, and I'll move your web address into an account you own so it stays yours. If the company that holds your web address charges a fee for the move, you pay that fee.
None of these plans include an online store, online booking, extra pages, logo design, a photo shoot, or writing a long about-us story from scratch. If you want any of those, I'll tell you the price before I do any work.
If you want both, the website plan and Google listing care, it's $50 a month.
